Hi! Welcome to Sweet Magnolia Design, we are so glad you are here!

Rules of the page:

We will NO LONGER be combining preorders with anything. If you order from a preorder and would like a RTS (ready to ship) item, you will be invoiced separately. This is to ensure you get your entire order and it also keeps orders from being broken apart because one item is needed before the preorder arrives.

pickup is ONLY at specified locations unless otherwise stated on the page. - if you do not receive an email that your order is ready; it isn’t ready.

all payments are done through Shopify, I will not start working on your order until the invoice is paid.

T-shirt TAT is currently 7-10 business days

refunds will not be given for ordering the wrong size or for putting the wrong spelling. Check your invoices please.

invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your item is forfeited to the next person in line, if you need more time please discuss this with me PRIOR to ordering the item. I am happy to grant more time: I understand paychecks don't always fall like we wish they did!

your comment on Facebook is a commitment to pay. 3 Unpaid invoices will result in block and removal.

we must be notified of any deficits with an item within 5 days of you receiving the item.

If you have a question about an order coming in, first check the shipping notifications post and then email us with the order number and your question.

Speaking of emails, just a heads up, if you email back to back responding to our automatic message it will knock your email into spam and we will not see it. Please remember we are two people, both of which are teachers and mamas to little people and we will answer emails as soon as possible. We do have to fulfill orders during the day on top of a full time job and being moms, if we don’t answer instantly, we promise we are not ignoring y’all.

4. Personalization if applicable: initials (first, LAST, middle) NO refunds will be given for typing names/initials in wrong

*DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INVOICES* if I send an invoice and it is the wrong item/personalization Sweet Magnolia Design is not responsible. Make sure items are correct before paying.

- should an issue arise we will offer to redo the item at half price. The original item should be returned in unworn condition before we begin working on the new item.
